Our Planting Guarantee

Five (5.75) Inch Caliper Trees and Smaller

Alfaro Tree Sales Inc provides a planting guarantee for one year. The client must provide proper care and watering. Alfaro Tree Sales Inc is not responsible for damage done to the tree(s) by acts of nature. Using a sprinkler system or a tree gator bag will not cover your tree under the Alfaro Tree Sales Inc warranty.

Planting guarantee for one-year terms:

Costs of labor will be charged to plant replacement trees.

Alfaro Tree Sales Inc will replace all nursery stock that was planted by us and does not survive for one year from the date of planting if the tree is found to have been unhealthy at the time of planting.

Tree(s)/plants will only be replaced one time.

Replacement plants are not guaranteed, nor will they exceed the original plant value.

Alfaro Tree Sales Inc does not guarantee plant items once the tree(s), palm(s), and/or shrub(s) are:

• Picked up by the client
• Delivered and set in holes prepared by the customer
• Planted by the customer or a third party

Alfaro Tree Sales Inc does not guarantee tree(s), plant(s), and/or shrub(s) that were transplanted or relocated. The history, conditions, and care of the tree(s) being relocated are unknown and will have a factor in the survival of tree(s) once transplanted/relocated.

The proof of purchase will be the customer’s responsibility; please hold on to your receipt.

Conditions:

It is the customer’s responsibility to locate, clearly identify and notify Alfaro Tree Sales Inc of all underground utilities, such as water lines, electric lines, gas lines, phone lines, septic lines, etc.

Any damage to such underground utilities shall not be the responsibility of Alfaro Tree Sales Inc.

We have the right to substitute any plant under warranty with one of equal value.

It will be the customer’s responsibility to clear the area to be landscaped or where the tree(s) will be planted of all debris, building materials, and any other obstructions unless Alfaro Tree Sales Inc is contracted to do so.

Substitutions of plant material may be necessary due to the lack of availability of certain plant items with customer approval.

All plant items planted by Alfaro Tree Sales Inc will be true to name and up to or beyond industry standards.

Plants will be free from disease and insects and in a healthy condition when planted.

Proper watering, fertilizing, and pest control are necessary to maintain healthy plant growth. The use of sprinkler systems or the tree gator bag method of watering newly planted tree(s) will not cover your tree under Alfaro Tree Sales Inc warranty.

The guarantee will be voided in cases of physical and/or chemical damage, neglect in watering or pest control, or accounts over 30 days past due from the invoice date.

Once planted, we are not responsible for damage done by acts of nature, high winds, tornadoes, abnormal winters, abnormal summers, poor draining, ground conditions, soil conditions, animal damage, lightning strikes, underwatering, overwatering, over-fertilizing, over-pruning, and any other acts that may cause injury to the tree(s), (theft, vandalism or disappearance) by the property owner, person(s) managing the property, or a third-party service.

Six (6) Inch Caliper Trees and Larger

Alfaro Tree Sales Inc provides a planting guarantee for one year. The client must provide proper care and watering. Alfaro Tree Sales Inc is not responsible for damage done to the tree(s) by acts of nature. Using a sprinkler system or a tree gator bag will not cover your tree under Alfaro Tree Sales Inc warranty.

Planting guarantee for one-year terms:

Warranty for six (6) inch caliper trees and larger. Warranty will be discussed, invoiced, and agreed upon with a customer's signature at the purchase.

The warranty also excludes six (6) inch caliper trees that are transplanted or relocated. The history, conditions, and care of the tree(s) being relocated are unknown and will have a factor in the survival of tree(s) once transplanted or relocated.

The cost of labor will be charged to plant replacement trees.
